Whenever I had questions about anything, Ed and Chris responded very quickly so I felt very prepared for the course. When the materials arrived, I was thoroughly impressed with the organization and quality of the materials. The pre-work was easy to accomplish in a timely manner. During the course I asked a question that the facilitator needed to get clarification on prior to answering. I was emailed the following day with the answer.
