 * Use of the EQ-i module in the Pearman Personality Assessment requires the practitioner to have previously attended EQ-i 2.0 certification. EQ-i 2.0 Certification is available either via Onsite or Online training.

If you would like a Private Certification for your team

We recommend registering 4-6 weeks in advance of your training dates to allow time to complete the course pre work. 

Training is from 8:30am-5:00pm Central Standard Time. ​Training may end sooner based on the pace of the group.

Technology Requirements: A PC or Mac laptop with a screen size of 12″ or larger and ear buds and mic or a headset with mic connected to your computer or cell phone are required.

After Registration:

Once you have registered for Pearman Certification you will receive instructions for:​​

  • ​​​Completing The Pearman
  • Participating in a 90 minute debrief session with the facilitator to review your personal results
  • Completing Pearman Certification Training pre-work (including e-learning modules)
